Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of BOQ
∎ Preparation of rate analysis
∎ Estimation & Costing of building project by Auto CAD & Excel
∎ Data Entry in Software

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Fluency in AutoCAD & Microsoft Office.
∎ Must have experience of cost estimation (BOQ) in any Real Estate Company.
∎ Must have knowledge to work in software
∎ Good Communication skill in English & Bengali
∎ Candidate must be Energetic, confident and proactive
