∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cost Analysis, Project Budgeting, quantity surveyor, Rate analysis
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Technical Infrastructure, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Estimate materials quantities as per drawing & BOQ.
∎ Prepare Budget as per BOQ, Drawing.
∎ Preparing regular cost report, including out-turn cost flow.
∎ Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure.
∎ Estimating the cost of variation.
∎ Measure and value the work done on site.
∎ Analyze costs for maintenance and additional building needs.
∎ Collect regular materials update from site.
∎ Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
∎ Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
∎ Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
∎ Any job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 31 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Those who are experienced in power-plant projects will get the preference.
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft project
