Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ IPC prepare and estimation, reconciliation bill & BOQ Prepare.
∎ Prepared early budget estimation etc. Regarding Companies rule & Regulation sanction one-line process & also experience construction project & also knowledge of shuttering.
∎ Billing Procedures from Client & Contractor Side.
∎ Billing for extra-items/Non-BOQ items.
∎ Rates Analysis on DSR Abstract Invoice reconciliation of material bill required technique in.
∎ Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings.
∎ Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender.
∎ Prepare & process subcontractor bills.
∎ To take the measurement from the site engineer.
∎ Review the quantities item listed.
∎ Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors.
∎ Must have work experience with Government Engineering Agencies.
∎ Having experience in construction of Structural buildings, Road & Bridge etc. estimation.
∎ Planning skills, Combination skills
∎ The applicants should have experience in related field and position.
∎ Fluency in software programs related to construction management, including project management software (AutoCAD Civil 2D/3D, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel etc.)
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in both English & Bangla.
