∎ Work Experience
∎ At least 2 years of experience in quantity surveying, construction, or a similar role in infrastructure projects, particularly those involving elevated expressways or major infrastructure works.
∎ Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience or exposure to construction projects will also be considered.
∎ Technical Skills
∎ Basic understanding of measurement and estimation in construction projects.
∎ Proficiency in using standard tools like AutoCAD and MS Excel.
∎ Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and EPC project requirements is an added advantage.
∎ Project-Specific Knowledge
∎ Familiarity with civil engineering materials, construction methods, and quantity measurement standards (e.g., CESMM or local equivalents).
∎ Exposure to infrastructure projects like elevated expressways or similar is desirable.
∎ Professional Expertise
∎ Strong analytical skills to verify and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in alignment with the approved specifications and drawings.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with senior quantity surveyors, contractors, and project managers.
∎ Clear logical thinking and strong ability to organize and archive documents.
∎ Team Collaboration
∎ Ability to work collaboratively under the guidance of Senior Quantity Surveyors or the Quantity Surveying Manager.
∎ Support in preparing interim and final payment applications.
∎ Ethical Standards
∎ High level of professional integrity, adherence to ethical standards, and a commitment to ensuring transparency in quantity verification processes.
∎ Work Experience
