Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and monitor cost estimates and budgets.
∎ Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
∎ Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractors
∎ Conduct regular site visits and verify quantities
∎ Communicate with clients and contractors
∎ Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance
