Job Context:
∎ Candidate should have knit garments experience of 5 to 10 year(s) in areas of quality control, Audit, Quality Inspection and Production.
∎ This position is to work with head office in CHINA to monitor the order fulfillment progress is aligned with head office instruction. This position is also to coordinate with head office to deal with any issues at factory level and work with production managers at head office to address these issues.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct fabric and trims inspection and checking
∎ Conduct TOP samples check
∎ Conduct in-line production check
∎ Conduct pre-shipment production inspection
∎ Maintain an effective working relationship with related departments at factory
∎ Work closely with the factory QC team for inspection scheduling
∎ Conversant with AQL requirement and working process
∎ Ensure inspection has complied with Buyer inspection standard
∎ Work closely with merchandising team leaders, technologist and merchandiser for product checking detail
∎ Should have an accuracy of inspection judgment
∎ Ensure inspection report, on-site checking, and related photos are properly documented
∎ Accurate and clear inspection reporting
∎ Find problems in garments and make root cause analysis of defects
∎ Responsible to take immediate corrective actions to address the root cause and solve the problems
∎ Monitor the process and result of implementing the action and identify areas for ongoing improvement
∎ To ensure a true and factual report of quality condition of factory and highlight problems/ faults/ discrepancies in production
∎ Handle and supervise the process of implementing the corrective actions for improvement to ensure minimum involvement of time, manpower, and other resources while delivering the optimum quality
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Available for travel when required
∎ Must have experience as QC in Knit Garments.
∎ With relevant manufacturing experience
∎ Able to issue inspection report and email communication in English
∎ Must have experience as QC in Knit Garments
∎ Robust personality able to work under pressure
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (yearly)
Salary review: annually and is based on performance appraisal outcomes
