Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest construction standards are met.
∎ Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
∎ Perform inspections and quality checks on materials, workmanship, and finished products.
∎ Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, change orders, and progress reports.
∎ To conduct the materials test as per schedule.
∎ Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
