∎ The Quality Control Inspector position involves working in general manufacturing conditions where there are continuously moving mechanical parts and equipment.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Product online inspection: Inspect product on the packing line (before packaging).Record result on Dominator – Packing line Audit
∎ 2. RP (Replacement Part) inspection: Inspection of RP quality and packaging to ensure RP quality is good and packaging follows Ashley requirements. Inspection of labeling to ensure it is correct and matches the RP being packed. Record RP Audit on Dominator – RP Audit
∎ 3. Finish panel management: Maintain finish panel condition.· Daily doing Finishing Assessment on production lines· Monthly Finish Panel Condition audits on production lines (Dominator)
∎ 4. Quality issue resolving: Communication with vendor when issue happened at packing line and get the action plan from vendor and follow up.· Inform CI/VC about issue happened in production.
∎ 5. Support QA (Quality Assurance) team to continue product quality improvement: Support CI to work with vendor for improving issue happened when CI is not available at vendor.· Communication with the QA Team about consistent issues found in production and issues that require further investigation.
