∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology, Khulna University of Engineering and Technology, Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST), Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Presenting construction project progress updates to top managements.
∎ Supervision of construction activities as per drawing and conducting quality check as per SOP and Quality Manual of company.
∎ Responsible to maintain quality control records for analysis in order to continue the improvement of work.
∎ Checking & documentation of QC checklist reports for all projects.
∎ Visiting projects in regular interval for Quality Assurance purpose.
∎ Rate analysis for various items of work.
∎ Preparing training module & arrange QC training for all project engineers.
∎ Performing any drafting & analysis works related to the QC department
∎ Performing any kind of additional tasks assigned by the department head as well as the management.
∎ Conducting engineering materials testing along with report analysis & documentation
∎ Any other responsibility related to the program assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 05 years (s) professional experience in a senior position or Manager position in any organization, preferably in a manpower recruiting Agency.
∎ Excellent oral & Written communication skills with a strong command of MS Excel & MS Word.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and work order dates.
∎ Ability to remain, objective and professional in challenging situations.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment both independently and in a group.
