Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To establish quality standards, implement stringent quality control systems to enhance quality of products
∎ To recommend / implement appropriate corrective actions to quality related issues
∎ Responsible for quality control and visual inspection of activities during construction with supporting documentation
∎ Ensuring adherence to the quality measures outlined.
∎ To maintain all records of Q.C. Department as per revised Schedule.
∎ To coordinate with Project Head for day-to-day activities regarding QA/QC
∎ To inspect materials delivered at site prior to construction.
∎ To coordinate with in house and subcontractors site manager for testing of different construction materials for the purpose of routine testing.
∎ To check for calibration of instruments and checking material testing certificates from the supplying agencies

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Department: Project Management & Construction
∎ Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in the building construction industry
∎ Knowledge of latest technology, mixes, Quality standards.
∎ Good time management and communication skills (oral & written).
∎ Proficiency in MS Office.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills, and good reporting skills with management

Salary: Negotiable
