∎ Accurately count and record the daily stock of mutton.
∎ Track usage before and after cooking.
∎ Report any discrepancies, wastage, or shortages.
∎ Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure proper meat handling.
∎ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards while handling meat.
∎ Assist in receiving and storing new meat supplies.
