∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc Major chemistry background
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 9 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supporting the higher management to further develop the Food Safety & Quality Policy.
∎ Developing and maintaining the FS&Q Management Systems, including the HACCP system.
∎ Maintaining the certification for ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, BRC Packaging, SMETA
∎ The FS&Q of the processes and the finished products.
∎ The release process of the finished products, the risk analysis, and decision in case of deviations and blocked product.
∎ The verification of root cause analyses in case of FS&Q incidents and the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive actions.
∎ The monitoring of the hygiene in the factory and the reporting of deviations.
∎ The monitoring and analyzing of customer complaints and the feedback to customers regarding RC and CAPA.
∎ The change management process and the effectiveness of the changes.
∎ All types of audits (internal, customer, authorities, SGS, others) and the follow up of the non-conformities.
∎ The Declaration of Compliance for materials and products intended to come into contact with food products.
∎ The annual review of the FS&Q processes and the presentation of proposals for improvement.
∎ The improvement of the FS&Q awareness of the site staff on all levels by active communication.
∎ The training in ways of working and instructions and to be the source of information for the site staff.
∎ The continuous improvement based on the Plan, Do, Check, Act method.
∎ The drawing up, describing, and recording of quality procedures, specifications, and instructions, in line with the relevant legislation and regulations and FS&Q standards.
∎ Incoming goods control and testing of raw materials and semi-finished product.
∎ The in-process controls, testing, and inspections.
∎ The finished product testing and release.
∎ The execution of the standard methods of analysis.
∎ The performing of hygiene inspections.
∎ The CoA's.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Candidate who has experience especially in the pharmaceuticals/PP FIBC bag/Food industries will get preference.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of FS&Q management, FS&Q systems, and production processes.
∎ Knowledge of FS&Q measurement systems and methodologies, and experience with risk management.
∎ Specific knowledge about legislation regarding product safety.
