Essential for Laboratory analysis for Atta, Maida, Suji, Confectionery and Bakery Products.
Responsibilities & Context:
Check raw materials, packaging materials and finished product for Wheat Flour, bakery and contectionary Products as per national & internationai standard.
Monitor process of each stage of production.
Monitor abnormaiity of production premises.
Monitor all SOP, Checklist and CCP of process.
Monitor all compliance, Calibration, CIP, COP and personal hygiene of factory premises.
Responsible to operate sophisticated instrument like aS ICP-MS, HPLC, LC-MS-MS, GC, UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, NIR etc. in the laboratory.
* Prepare and review of method validation protocols and reports.
To be followed GLP & GHP rules.
Maintain all controlled documents in a timely and accurate manner.
