∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily visit to various project site and find out the problems related to drawing design ,technical fault, quality of materials, safety measures, overall site work quality control etc
∎ Project work checking as per construction and structural manual, guideline book, brochure, profile, RAJUK approved drawing, decisions etc
∎ Ensure the quality of design work, manpower, construction work. The site management & construction materials & equipment's
∎ To check the work progress as per schedule
∎ Report to concerned person about the progress of construction work
∎ To attend meeting

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have experience to work in related field
∎ Have ability to find out the problem & give suggestions to resolve the problem according to RAJUK approved drawing, decisions
∎ Have knowledge on MS Word/MS Excel
