Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering
∎ Candidates with MSc./BSc. Majoring in Applied Chemistry & Chemical Engineering from reputed universities will be highly preferred.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Training in practical laboratory skills.
∎ Prior on textile chemical products, handling of equipment for lab and pilot trials.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and Records data for the generation of the Quality Control Certificate Report (QCCR) for each evaluated product
∎ Follow up, Control, and evaluate of COA [Certificate of Analysis], Specs, TDS, MSDS.
∎ Understand Smartsheet, KPIs, Dashboard, other tools to generate report & presentation.
∎ To perform various chemical and physical tests to assess the quality and safety of products, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ Maintain detailed records of testing procedures, results, and any deviations from expected outcomes.
∎ Ensure that all testing procedures adhere to established quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ Participate in the development and implementation of quality control protocols.
∎ Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure accuracy and precision in testing.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, research and development, and quality assurance, to address quality-related issues and implement improvements.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.
