Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for QS work
∎ Report to owner
∎ Settlement with sub contractor
∎ Estimation and bill preparation

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 year experience In QS .
∎ At least 3 years working experience in building construction.
∎ Proficient in estimation of steel structure, reinforced concrete, decoration work
∎ Expert in budgeting of building materials and labor
∎ Experience in Chinese company will be preferred.
∎ Must have good English knowledge
