Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced energetic Civil Engineer to work as a QS Engineer/Sr. Engineer for one of Bangladesh`s largest projects, In Ruppur Nuclear Power Plant Project.
∎ Those who are not experts or experienced in QS, need not apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Price/forecast the cost of the different materials that are needed for the project.
∎ Collect RFI and its Related all document.
∎ Prepare IPC (Interim payment certificate).
∎ Sub-Contractor Bill Checking & Recommendation for payment.
∎ Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
∎ Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
∎ Measure and value the work done on-site.
∎ Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers, and site engineers.
∎ To Prepare project budgeting and costing reports.
∎ To Estimate Required Materials and To Prepare Bill of Quantity.
∎ Understanding design, drawings, plans, and specifications for projects, engineered systems, technical equipment, or components.
