Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from any reputed university specially from BUET,CUET,RUET,KUET etc.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client;
∎ Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work;
∎ Perform risk, value management and cost control;
∎ Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports;
∎ Value completed work and arrange payments;
∎ Understand the implications of health and safety regulations.
∎ Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives;
∎ Setting out, leveling and surveying the site;
∎ Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
∎ Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant;
∎ Agreeing a price for materials and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project;
∎ Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect;
∎ Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress;
∎ Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors;
∎ Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
∎ Preparing reports as required;
∎ Resolving some unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant(s) should have at least 5 years of working experience in similar position.
∎ Working with reputed construction & engineering firms will be preferred.
∎ Experience in large construction sites such as building complex or industrial projects (structural construction work, finishing work etc) is preferable
∎ Must be able to read and analysis drawing, modification.
∎ The candidate must be smart, dedicated and well organized, proactive with sense of priority in completing the tasks assigned.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill, communication ability, energetic and confident.
∎ Good command in computer operating, especially in MS Excel, Auto CAD
