Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Act as a central point of contact between different departments involved in the service process, including local QC support, billing, distribution, sales, and factory QC.
∎ 2. Facilitate effective communication to ensure all stakeholders are aligned with the service goals.
∎ 3. Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor the progress of replacement orders through each stage of the service process.
∎ 4. Generate regular reports on service performance, identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions for continuous improvement.
∎ 5. Address and resolve issues that may arise during the service process, ensuring quick and satisfactory solutions for customers.
∎ 6. Work closely with the factory QC team to maintain high-quality standards for replacement products, ensuring they meet the company's specifications.
∎ 7. Interface with customers to provide updates on the status of their replacement orders and address any concerns or inquiries they may have.
∎ 8. Conduct training sessions for relevant staff in different departments to ensure a clear understanding of the streamlined service process.
