∎ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC of construction materials at real estate project sites
∎ Strong knowledge of BNBC and related international quality standards
∎ Experience with third-party lab coordination and testing documentation
∎ Familiarity with material testing equipment and procedures
∎ Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
∎ Proficient in ERP, report writing, documentation, and MS Excel
∎ Ability to work independently at multiple project sites
∎ Good communication skills in both Bengali and English
∎ Must be proactive, field-oriented, and physically fit for on-site work

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Field-Based (Multiple Projects in Bashundhara & Jolshiri Abashon)
∎ Reporting to Head Office QA/QC Department
∎ Conduct field inspections and audits of civil construction materials including cement, steel, aggregates, sand, bricks, concrete, etc.
∎ Ensure all QA documentation is updated in the ERP system
∎ Verify material test certificates, batch numbers, and compliance with BNBC standards.
∎ Monitor quality during material receiving, storage, and application at site
∎ Perform and witness on-site material testing (e.g., cube tests, slump tests, rebar bending tests) in coordination with third-party labs
∎ Maintain detailed QA records and material approval reports
∎ Report any deviations or non-conformances to the QA/QC Manager and recommend corrective actions
∎ Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to ensure quality compliance
∎ Conduct training sessions for site teams on material quality standards and handling practices
∎ About the Role: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Field QA Auditor – Civil Materials to oversee and ensure the quality of construction materials used across our project sites. This role will be responsible for on-site inspection, testing, and verification of materials to ensure compliance with project specifications, regulatory standards, and company requirements.
