Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare regular reports on quality performance, audit findings, and corrective actions for management review.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all quality-related activities, including inspections, tests, audits, and corrective actions.
∎ Ensuring overall quality of the materials, construction and safety, schedule of the project with proper supervision.
∎ Ensure compliance with Consultants specifications and requirements.
∎ Conducting audit and material tests including RMC and different types of building materials as per standards.
∎ Develop detailed quality control plans for each project, outlining inspection schedules, testing procedures, acceptance criteria, and documentation requirements.
∎ Ensure standard of the materials by doing QC check and putting stamp when required.
∎ Conduct internal and external audits of quality management systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with standards.
∎ Inspect incoming materials and equipment to verify they meet the required quality and specifications before use in construction.·
∎ Perform regular inspections of construction sites to monitor workmanship, materials, and equipment, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.
∎ Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects and other concerns to ensure quality is integrated into all stages of the construction process and submit reports to the Head Office or Management as and when required.
∎ Stay aware and follow safety rules and regulations as per standard.
∎ Perform other duties assigned by the Management as and when required.
