∎ Diploma in mechanical engineering from any reputed educational institute
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry or LPG industry will be preferred.
∎ Strong knowledge of quality control processes in manufacturing.
∎ Experience with welding inspections (SAW & MIG) and related processes.
∎ Familiarity with the operation of heat treatment furnaces, shot blasting, and painting lines.
∎ Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
∎ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
∎ Data entry proficiency and report generation

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct random inspections across the LPG cylinder manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
∎ Proactively address quality issues in collaboration with Heads of Departments (HODs).
∎ Inspect key manufacturing processes, including welding (SAW & MIG), flux handling, heat treatment, shot blasting, painting, and finishing lines.
∎ Oversee daily reporting for welding inspections, cylinder hydro-testing, and shot blasting.
∎ Accurately record and maintain quality control data for tracking and reporting.
∎ Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure quality standards are met.
∎ Prepare quality reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and assist in managing quality control staff.
∎ Perform other tasks as assigned by the HOD to support quality management.
