Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from any reputed university specially from BUET,CUET,RUET,KUET etc.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assessing projects material and equipment requirements and ensuring that these are met.
∎ Check samples against product specifications to ensure that they meet clients' quality standards. Monitor daily report and analyze feedback for corrective and productive action.
∎ Monitoring and provide technical support to Project Manager when required, to ensure quality standard.
∎ Conduct project site's audits to ensure that factories meet employer's compliance standards.
∎ Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with supplier, investigating, and setting standards for quality and health and safety.
∎ Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems, and procedures.
∎ Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality.
∎ Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specification.
∎ Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
∎ Directing objectives to maximize profitability and recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information.
∎ Monitoring & Evaluation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant(s) should have at least 5 years of working experience in similar position.
∎ Working with reputed construction & engineering firms will be preferred.
∎ Experience in large construction sites such as building complex or industrial projects (structural construction work, finishing work etc) is preferable
∎ Must be able to read and analysis drawing, modification.
∎ The candidate must be smart, dedicated and well organized, proactive with sense of priority in completing the tasks assigned.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill, communication ability, energetic and confident.
∎ Good command in computer operating, especially in MS Excel, Auto CAD etc.
