Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance/Accounting /Bachelor of commerce (BCom)/Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain strong relationship with existing vendors.
∎ Drive promotional campaigns in order to select appropriate supplier with competitive price and good quality. Discover profitable supplier and initiate control spend and build a culture of long term saving on procurement costs.
∎ Review sales forecast & production plan to ensure optimum level of inventory of materials for efficient & effective supply of raw materials, packaging materials. Plan and use fruitful sourcing strategies. Stay up to date with industry trends and establish long term purchasing arrangements with vendors when it is beneficial to the company.
∎ Arranging the vest price quotation for required raw materials.
∎ Sourcing best vendor through efficient negotiation.
∎ Ensuring the quality of the raw materials.
∎ Preparing and reviewing purchase order and claims and contracts.
∎ Reviewing the purchase order through accuracy and verifying the product information for placing order.
∎ Maintaining records of goods ordered and received.
∎ Taking required approval from the proper authority for the payment of vendor bill in accordance with company purchase policy.
∎ Ensuring proper execution of company purchase policy.
∎ To organize, develop and operate effectively the purchase department. To strictly follow the procedure of purchasing laid down by the management with the objective of procuring the right merchandise at the right time and at the best available price.
∎ To ensure supply of merchandise for various departments keeping in mind the ‘lead time’ required for procurement.
∎ To sort out the requirements into-top priority (immediate action), urgent (required in less than half the lead time) and normal (Within the lead time).
∎ To keep track of capital items ordered and keep track of their timely delivery.
∎ Keeping track of the proforma invoice, dates of cheque submissions and keeping close liaison with accounts department for clearing documents etc. in time.
∎ Good knowledge on import procedures, taxation and other Govt. legislation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year experience in relevant field.
∎ Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
∎ Age at least 35 years old.
∎ Only male are allowed.
∎ Must be knowledge about all purchase materials.
∎ Must have language proficiency both in Bengali and English to communication both orally and writing.
∎ Able to resolve conflicts guests, supervisor and employee.
∎ Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
∎ Basic computer skills in MS office, internet, reservation systems, and point of sales systems.
