∎ Minimum 03 years of experience in RMG sector in the same track.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check factory requirements & Inventory, identify qualify of potential suppliers and ensure that all goods and services meet the company's quality and delivery requirements. Complying with all relevant laws and regulations for ensuring cost-effective sourcing of materials and supplies and ensure on time delivery of materials to the factory
∎ Monitor supplier performance in compliance with contract terms and quality standards. and coordinate with production and inventory teams of the factory to ensure materials are available when needed.
∎ Manage inventory levels to minimize holding costs and avoid production delays and Work closely with the production, quality team and finance departments to align procurement activities and payments for smooth functioning of the dept.
∎ To collect requirement & requisition from the concerned personnel of the production unit for taking necessary steps for procurement as per requisition and collect quotations from different suppliers and take Management approval for the same.
∎ Negotiating with the vendors and finalizing the terms and conditions for performance guarantee, supervise, services, shipment, supplier payments, etc. and maintain communication with the factory management in connection with requisition and supply of the same on time.
∎ BSA GROUP OF COMPNIES -100% export oriented RMG sector in Chittagong is looking for purchase & Procurement officer in purchase dept. of its Head Office who will oversee the purchase & sourcing of Chemicals goods, garments Raw Materials, Machinery & Spare Parts as per requisition of the factory.
∎ He will be responsible in the following area:
