Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Supply Chain Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To go to the market for buying the product from actual suppliers and at an exact price.
∎ To check requisition daily and buy the product as per requisition.
∎ To ensure the specification, quality and quantity of the product according to a material requisition.
∎ Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
∎ To ensure that the price of the product is competitive and eye-catching.
∎ Maintain, updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the Excel.
∎ To take quotation from different organization, update the price list and make comparative statement (CS) among quotation before purchase any product.
∎ To ensure on-time delivery of all material as per requisition.
∎ To maintain liaison with the various department in respect of requisition follow up and feedback of the delivery goods.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Local Purchase.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments Accessories.
∎ Good Team Player, Well-Organized, Initiative and Detail-Oriented.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the Concerned Department.
∎ Good Knowledge in Computer, MS-Office.
∎ Must be skilled in English writing & spoken.
Salary: Negotiable
