Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying Potential Apartments in the market, ensuring a market survey around the area and undertake cost-benefit analysis and present it to the management.
∎ Having a strong network within the related sector.
∎ Should have good negotiation skills.
∎ To work on sourcing, development, conduct negotiation meeting for purchases quality apartments with competitive price.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The Applicant must have purchase experience of atleast 7 to 10 years in the related sector & Fresher are strictly discouraged to apply
∎ The candidate must have thorough knowledge and expertise on the related field.
∎ Excellent communications and negotiation skills.
∎ Able to work well under stress in a fast paced environment
∎ Tendency to market study frequently
∎ Ability to bargain
