Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Data Entry, MICROSOFT OFFICE
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as a first point of contact for existing and prospective clients, ensuring that they receive high levels of service.
∎ Management and organizing of multiple existing client accounts.
∎ Lead Call enquires.
∎ Meet students face to face or virtually.
∎ Understanding the education products and services.
∎ Assist the Admin/Management with day to day official works.
∎ Maintain professional communication with the clients and assist them with necessary clarifications throughout the process.
∎ Track and assess the effectiveness of the documentations as well as the client communications regularly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 29 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ No Experience Required.
∎ Employees will be offered full training on board.
∎ Candidate must know how to write, read and speak fluently in English.
∎ Interns will have the opportunity to become full time employees.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Internship- Tk. 5000 - 8000
Full-Time- Negotiable
