Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend and make large amounts of Phone calls with clients in a timely manner.
∎ Conducting the calls by following "scripts" when handling different topics.
∎ Identify clients needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way.
∎ Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ Punctuality is a must

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Computer literacy will be an added advantage.
∎ Should be smart & well groomed with pleasant personality.
∎ Able to deliver information both technically & compatible way.
∎ Should be enthusiastic, active, dedicated, punctual and hard working

Salary:
∎ Tk. 8000 (Monthly)
∎ Conveyance 2000
