Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters of Social Science (MSS) preferable Psychology, Anthropology, Social Work, Sociology

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Psychosocial Counsellor cum Case Manager will be responsible for conduct individual counseling session to the human trafficking victim
∎ Provide Psychological First Aid (PFA) services in emergency situations to the victim of trafficking with full confidentiality.
∎ Take responsibility to link with the referral services run by GO & NGOs and networking with the 24/7 emergency helpline of the government
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Prepare and compile daily/bi-weekly MIS data, weekly report to donor, bi-weekly 4W report of the one stop center. Provide feedback and present a quarterly report to management indicating the qualitative and quantitative activities as per work plan.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preferable 5 to 8 year(s) on Case and trauma management
∎ Ability to interact professionally with a diverse population
∎ Ability to work within a team
∎ Demonstrate good report writing skills
∎ Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral

Salary:
∎ Tk. 44,083 (Monthly)
