Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree with master's in psychology.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Counsel students with psychological problems when required & follow up.
∎ Identify psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues & take appropriate measures.
∎ Take classes on psychological issues & aware students how to face them & remain mentally fit.
∎ Develop and implement treatment plans and therapeutic processes.
∎ Help clients define goals and plan action to achieve personal, social, educational and vocational development and adjustment.
∎ Monitor client progress through regular meetings or sessions.
∎ Through observation, interviews and test the psychologist will diagnose an existing or potential disorders.
∎ Monitor the clients progress on a regular basis to ensure that their needs are met by the course or action, and to adjust it if necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Conduct research.
∎ Publish research findings in college journals.
