Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS) in Psychologist

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (PSS), Psychologist

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assessment of psychologically challenged persons.
∎ Provide comprehensive mental health and psychosocial support and counselling to patients. Improve the beneficiaries' mental health wellbeing and psychosocial conditions.
∎ Provide psychosocial support and counselling both at individual and group level as the situation demands.
∎ Assess the beneficiaries' psychological condition by using tools to detect the vulnerable cases and ensure follow-up.
∎ Supporting health post medical team by providing guidance and capacity building for the implementation of qualitative psychosocial care and mental health activities
∎ Participate in conducting training for medical and non-medical staff on Mental Health related topics.
∎ Maintain good relations externally and internally.
∎ Be flexible in performing their duties to ensure that beneficiaries receive quality services.
∎ Any other task assigned by the line manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Has training on MHPSS (Mental Health And Psychosocial Service) - Mandatory
∎ At least three 2 years' experience in a similar position with National or International NGOs
∎ Ability to work within a tight timeframe.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Good command over English & Bangla is desirable
∎ Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
∎ Exposure to working with local partners and providing/attending training in NGOs
∎ Excellent organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills
∎ Experience working in a multicultural, low-resource setting
∎ Ability to establish priorities in a time-sensitive environment and meet deadlines with strong attention to consistency, detail, and quality.
