Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
∎ Masters in Clinical or Counseling Psychology. (Mandatory)

∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Counseling, Mental health
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide Psychological Counseling Services and psychotherapy to the Clients (Individuals, Couples, Families and Groups)
∎ Provide Counseling Services organizations/programs (Educational, corporates, etc.)
∎ Provide brief and solution-focused counseling service over the phone under the Corporate Wellness Program (EAP)
∎ Partake in tele-counseling as part of on-call rota
∎ Conduct psycho-educational workshops & training
∎ Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
∎ Required to be under weekly and biweekly individual and group supervision sessions under the clinical supervisor for all on-site and off-site clinical work. Fulfill all reporting requirements
∎ Expected to travel locally for work purposes
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ Should have good communication over spoken and written English and Bangla.
∎ Sufficient knowledge of technology and able to cope up with the database management and reporting system/ software.
Salary: Negotiable
