Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Arts (MA) in English, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ English Medium Background will get first preferences.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Closely working with the Vice-Chairman.
∎ Carry out day to day secretarial jobs at MD's desk maintaining proper confidentiality.
∎ Drafting letters, correspondence, proposals, speech etc. for MD both in Bangla and English as needed.
∎ Set up and maintain files and keep correspondence and reports available for reference.
∎ Prepare correspondence, business reports and presentations as required.
∎ Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, with different clients and take notes or dictation at meetings and provide general assistance during presentations.
∎ Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels from home and abroad.
∎ Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
∎ Coordinate with management team & other departments as per requirement.
∎ Follow-up actions on pending important issues.
∎ Good oral and written English communication skills
∎ Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
∎ The ability to be proactive and take the initiative

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 05 years as PS of Management Body of large group of industries.
∎ Gentle and pleasant personality.
∎ Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English and Bangla
∎ Expert in MS Office package (MS Outlook, MS word, MS Excel & PowerPoint presentation).
∎ Should have very good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be dynamic and innovative.
∎ Should be flexible for any other tasks assigned by the authority as well as for any kind of tour within and outside the country.
∎ Dynamic, proactive, hard working & willing to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
