Secretary
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Call Center, Chemical Industries, Trading or Export/Import
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Daily schedule.
∎ Managing Diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
∎ Contact all internal & external stakeholders on behalf of the MD through email, phone calls, and other social media.
∎ Remind the MD of Important tasks and deadlines and include those in the Calendar.
∎ Preparing letters, office orders, reports & presentations as per instruction.
∎ Processing Visa, Booking Air Tickets, Reserving Hotels,
∎ Appointment with other organizations.
∎ Maintaining databases and filing systems.
∎ Maintaining confidential Papers, files, and agreements.
∎ Partial work or be assistance in financial department.
∎ Following-up actions on pending important issues
∎ Any other task as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking.
∎ Good command of English & Bangla (Writing & Communicating).
∎ Knowing the Chinese language will also get a preference
∎ Must have Sound knowledge of computer literacy, especially MS Office, Internet & other communicative operation Applications.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
∎ Should have cross-functional working skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
