∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Deputy Managing Director’s appointment schedule, assessing priority of appointments and coordinate accordingly.
∎ Manage Deputy Managing Director’s travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation).
∎ Maintain Deputy Managing Director’s office systems, including data management and filing.
∎ Maintain records of Deputy Managing Director’s contacts. Screen calls, inquiries and requests, and deal with them in appropriate manner
∎ Organize meetings and ensure that Deputy Managing Director’s is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas and per-meeting briefings.
∎ Sending greetings cards, souvenir etc. as per Deputy Managing Director’s instruction
∎ Any other assignment as per Deputy Managing Director instruction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Experienced in working with senior management level. Experience of diary management.
∎ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Should have excellent verbal and written English communication skill.
∎ Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy. A flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and ready to work extra hour. Must have mental resilience.
∎ Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
∎ Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
