Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
∎ The applicant should have Master's Degree in English from a reputed Public University preferably from Dhaka University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arranging meeting and preparing agenda as per instruction of Chairman. Coordinating between Chairman & various National and International Organizations and Financial Institutions.
∎ Receiving mail on behalf of Chairman & reply accordingly, prepare speech for the Chairman.
∎ VISA arrangement from different Embassy in Bangladesh.
∎ Accumulating various reports from different departments of concern industries of the Company and submit the same to the Chairman.
∎ Have to accompany Chairman with a Laptop (provided by the company) for checking every day's email and sending reply as per instruction and dictation given by the Chairman.
∎ Have to act as an interpreter (basically translate English to Bengali and Bengali to English).
∎ Execution of all other official assignments given by the Chairman.
∎ To perform other duties as and when required & advised by the Chairman.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Academic qualification may be relaxed for experienced candidates.
∎ The applicant must have strong ability both spoken and writing in English.
∎ The applicant should be smart, sincere, well groomed, fair looking and intelligent.
∎ The applicant must have basic Computer Literacy (Should be fluent in Bengali & English Typing).
