Job Context:
∎ A reputed Group of companies invites applications from competent & potential talents for the position of "PS to Chairman".
∎ Candidates having any relevant professional experience as PS to the Chairman of any group of company will get preference.
∎ N:B: If you are not proficient in internet browsing, typing and computer operating, you are requested not to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining all appointments and meeting schedules of the Chairman and updating him regularly.
∎ Contact all stakeholders/communications on behalf of the Chairman through email, phone calls, and other ways.
∎ Screening and taking notes from all telephone/mobile calls of the Chairman and conveying information.
∎ Concocting and publicizing different business letters to different overseas and local concerns as per directions of the Chairman.
∎ Preparing meeting minutes and other secretarial notes on different issues concerning the Chairman for the Group of companies.
∎ Following-up actions on pending important issues.
∎ Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
∎ Accompanying Chairman in the time of visiting different establishments and taking notes.
∎ Notifying Chairman of upcoming events and formulating necessary arrangements.
∎ Maintaining confidential Papers, files, and agreements.
∎ Communicate with concerned Govt. and non-Govt. organizations for any documentation purpose.
∎ Maintaining and updating a database for all communication of the Chairman.
∎ Arranging protocol service, visa, air ticket booking, and hotel reservation-related activities of the Chairman according to pre-schedule.
∎ Any other secretarial tasks relevant to this role given by Chairman.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command of English & Bangla (Writing & Communicating).
∎ Must have Sound knowledge of computer literacy, especially MS Office, Internet & other communicative operation Applications.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
∎ Should have working experience in performing all kinds of secretarial works of the Chairman
∎ Should have cross-functional working skills.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
