Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Managemnt

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ To manage properties inside and outside of Dhaka.
∎ Maintain rent collection accounts and expenditure accounts.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inspect and oversee properties and resolve problems.
∎ Ensure cleanliness of the properties.
∎ Inspect and maintain building systems such as sewerage, water, electrical, lift,
∎ generator, ventilation etc
∎ Hire and oversee work of outside professionals such as civils, electricians, plumbers etc
∎ Maintain equipments.
∎ Keep in check and regulate budget and track maintenance expenditures
∎ Regularly check and inspect building fittings and fixtures along with inventory; and place order when needed.
∎ Ensure to collect rent/service charge and deposit it to bank; and make monthly accounting statements and report to seniors.
∎ Excellent time management and organizational skills.
∎ Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

∎ Age 26 to 40 years
