Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree from any reputed University in EEE/Civil/Mechanical Engineering as applicable preferably with MBA or equivalent. Must be capable to communicate in English with local and foreign companies independently with high skills in computer.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ A fastest growing business house with diversified business interest looking for highly skilled, smart, energetic, trustworthy & self-motivated Business Development/Projects Managers (05 positions) for their following divisions with min 10 years' experience in the respective fields:
∎ Hi Tech Medical Equipment, products & solutions.
∎ HV Power Transmission and Sub-stations.
∎ Civil Construction Projects (Roads & Bridge).
∎ Defense Projects/Product & Solutions suitable for Artillery, Armored, Mechanized Infantry etc.
∎ Defense Electronics/ Communications Systems & IT.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Must be conversant to total procurement/bidding process, PPR/ Defense procurement rules, well known to relevant End Users/Government Agencies/Buyers/Procurement process from the beginning up to successful implementations of Contracts/Projects.
∎ Candidate must be capable to develop & procure business independently including experience in Contract/Project executions. In case of Power Transmission & substation project-applicant must have 10 years field installation & management experience right from Site Survey up to handing over projects successfully to the owners.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable based on individual ability.
