∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering Preferably from IEB Approved University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Construction Management & Supervision which includes Monitoring Construction, Report Preparation on Man Hour and Material, Communication with relevant vendors etc.
∎ Identifying, checking, assuming & using quality construction materials.
∎ Preparing constructions related documents like estimates BOQs, work order, tender, documents etc.
∎ Preparing, Checking, verifying design & drawings.
∎ 5 year(s) in Building Construction.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Designing, Operation & Maintenance, Planning, Project Management, Service/support, Survey.
∎ Any other responsibility assign to him by the superior authority.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Real Estate Companies.
∎ Have skill in computer (Office Program, Microsoft Project and Auto CAD, etc).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 4 to 6 year(s) for diploma engineer.
∎ 2 to 4 for graduate engineer.
∎ 4 to 6 years experience for PE
∎ Hard worker, willing to work under pressure.
∎ Candidate should have experience in site supervising & project management.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
