∎ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Office Hours: Sat-Thurs-9:30 am-6:00 pm
∎ Job Location: Gulshan 2, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating between the design team and the installation crew to ensure smooth workflow from start to end point of all projects.
∎ Being able to understand and give presentations on exterior facades to clients.
∎ Communicating with the client and colleagues in Spain for updates and feedback.
∎ Site visits for checking site and work progress during installation.
∎ Visiting and supervising the team working in the Solid Surface Workshop in Gazipur once a month.
∎ Maintaining proper record of clients, office works,installation schedules and the progress of projects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years in interior/ construction sector
∎ Dedication and integrity is expected from the interested candidate.
∎ Decisiveness and being able to take lead of the team working under this position is very important.
∎ Medium level of expertise in Auto CAD and other regular software required.
∎ Interest in learning new things and an overall attitude of cooperation are very crucial for selection.
