∎ Accurately take site measurement
∎ Analyze sites for interior/exterior work
∎ Create detailed layout drawings on AutoCAD
∎ Plan space allocation as per higher management’s direction
∎ Draft electrical, plumbing, and HVAC layouts on CAD as directed
∎ Supervise project execution and ensure quality standards
∎ Source materials required for projects
∎ Maintain communication with vendors
