Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Client Consultation: Meeting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
∎ Interior Site Visits: Conducting site visits to assess the space, its dimensions, and existing conditions.
∎ Conceptual Design: Developing initial design concepts, including floor plans, layouts, and mood boards.
∎ Budgeting: Creating detailed project budgets, outlining costs for materials, labor, and other expenses.
∎ Contract Negotiation: Negotiating contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
∎ Space Planning: Creating efficient and functional space plans.
∎ Material Selection: Sourcing and selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings..
∎ CAD Drawings: Creating detailed CAD drawings for construction and installation purposes.
∎ Presentation: Presenting design concepts to clients, making necessary revisions based on feedback.
∎ Project Scheduling: Developing a detailed project schedule to ensure timely completion.
∎ Contractor Management: Hiring and managing contractors and subcontractors.
∎ Site Supervision: Overseeing the construction and installation process on-site.
∎ Quality Control: Ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
∎ Budget Management: Monitoring project expenses and making adjustments as needed.
∎ Client Communication: Maintaining regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
∎ Project Closeout: Finalizing project documentation, including as-built drawings and final payment.

∎ Project Handoff: Transferring project documentation and information to the client.
∎ Compliance: Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
