Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge about interior, exterior and construction works.
∎ Must be able to supervise sites to ensure proper and timely supervision and hand over.
∎ Proper communication regarding project related issues with relevant team.
∎ Planning, co-ordination, and supervision of work in progress.
∎ Solving technical issues, providing advice, coordinate with site teams or subcontractor.
∎ Preparing reports.
∎ Responsible for the technical management full time supervision and control of all activities of projects.
∎ Monitor, control and utilization of site materials and worker activities.
∎ Coordinate between project site & office for smooth decision-making process.
∎ Sound knowledge of Local market materials and costing.
∎ Understanding drawing, BOQ and other relevant civil works.
∎ Flexible to 100% mobility around Dhaka city and outskirts.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have experience in the above-mentioned position for at least for 5 years.
∎ Attention to detail, personal Organization, Disciplined and understanding prioritizing work.
∎ Should have knowledge in Auto CAD 2D & 3D, Photoshop, & Microsoft Office preferable.

Salary: Negotiable
