Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising all the construction work going on being continuously present on site
∎ Managing the day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
∎ Be present during loading-unloading of goods, materials etc. and keep record
∎ Monitoring the progress for completion of work on time and ensuring the quality of work going on.
∎ Coordinating with the procurement team and ensure smooth supply of building materials.
∎ Keeping check on requisitions
∎ Ensuring full coordination between management, contractor & architecture team
∎ Reporting the management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have capabilities to understand and operate CAD and proficiency in Excel.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 27000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary negotiable based on experience and skills
