Job Context:
∎ Wahid Construction Ltd, a fasted growing construction company looking for smart, energetic and self-driven Project Managers (Bridge and Road Construction) for ongoing and future bridge, Flyover, ROB, Metrorail, Tunnel, Underpass and Road construction in different areas of Bangladesh.
∎ Initially for 5 years with hope to extend for further period subject to new project under Wahid Construction Ltd.
∎ Job Location: Khulna, Rajshahi & Chittagong or any other Places within the country.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Primary responsibilities include the planning, budgeting, supervision, management, execution, monitoring and coordination of the project works.
∎ Manage, supervise and direct construction project, Bridge, Flyover, ROB, Metrorail, Tunnel, Underpass and Road from beginning to end.
∎ Have confidence in ability to intelligently communicate with design team/client/consultants as well as effectively lead the project work.
∎ Establish relationships between all parties including departments involved in the project.
∎ Must be responsible for stake-holders management (clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.)
∎ Preparation of the project schedule, monitor and maintain the project construction schedule to ensure cost control.
∎ Review the project plans and specifications of design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures and potential construction problems.
∎ Expedite all shop drawings and approvals as well as maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.
∎ Ensure that "as-built" drawings are prepared on an ongoing basis during the construction period and issue final close-outs to consultant/owner accordingly.
∎ Monitor site and environment safety and ensure that the requirements of the working health, safety environment control rules are enforced.
∎ Perform risk management to minimize project risks including overhead cost.
∎ Budget planning and cost (profit & loss) estimating.
∎ Control and monitor subcontractors' labor,
∎ Ensure economy use of material and equipment expenses.
∎ Manage preparation of progress claim.
∎ Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings. Prepare & issue minutes of all site meetings
∎ Ensure that project is delivered on-time, within scope and budget.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least (20) years experienced in Bridge construction project, at least 5 years in same position.
∎ At least (10) years experienced in Road construction project, at least 5 years in same position.
∎ Proven working experience in project management in related field and position.
∎ Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
∎ Excellent verbal, written, communications and presentation skills.
∎ Solid organizational skills including attention to multitasking skills.
∎ Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office, excel and power point.
∎ Excellent financial and budget/expense management ability.
∎ Excellent time management, decision-making and organizational skills.
