∎ Bsc in Civil Engineering.
∎ Skills Required: project coordination, Project Management, Project Monitoring
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Construction Building, Dredging
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of the project schedule.
∎ Review the project plans and specifications and comment on the building design, schedule, possible cost saving measures and potential construction problems.
∎ Assist estimator in preparation of project budget.
∎ Assist in assembling the job site office and equipment requirements.
∎ Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on day to day basis.
∎ Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings. Prepare & issue minutes of all site meetings.
∎ Monitor site safely and ensure that the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safely Act are enforced.
∎ Ensure completion of and track all independent testing and inspections as required.
∎ Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.
∎ Control and monitor labor, material and equipment expenses.
∎ Prepare and expedite project deficiency lists.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 44 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skilled in AutoCAD, Sketch up.
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Good leadership skills
∎ Excellent managerial capacity
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
