∎ Bachelor/Masters in Chemical Engineering, MBA will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work together with Global project team to design, engineer, construct, start-up and operate a chemical production site in Bangladesh
∎ After start-up and implementation of the final organization structure, act as a Plant Manager taking over the responsibility of overall plant operation
∎ Responsible for ensuring all statutory compliance, safety and environmental regulations at the factory
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with personnel from diverse backgrounds
∎ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
∎ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8-10 years of production/operations experience in a chemical or similar industry
∎ Profound experience in project set up, plant operation and plant management
∎ Masters the English language, spoken and written (any other language like German is a plus)
Salary: Negotiable
