Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: RHD project, Civil Construction, Road Construction, Site Management, Supervision.
∎ Minimum 10 year experience at RHD project or road construction in engineering sector.
∎ Be good at using MS-Excel, MS-Word and other work oriented software.
∎ Highly skilled in quality construction with minimum cost and time.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, execute and oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets and specifications.
∎ Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and workers to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
∎ Manage procurement and budgeting for project materials, ensuring cost efficiency and timely availability.
∎ Ensure compliance with quality control standards, safety regulations and environmental guidelines throughout the project.
∎ Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones are met adjusting plans as needed to address challenges.
∎ Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, change orders and work orders.
∎ Conduct regular site inspection to ensure the safety of workers and quality of construction.
∎ Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges and corrective actions taken.
∎ Maintain records of project related expenses, ensuring financial transparency and accurate reporting.
∎ Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and addressing any performance issues.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and archiving of all project related files for future reference.
∎ Implement continuous improvement processes and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency in project management practices.
